Arlene Griffith, President, Licensed Title Insurance Agent

Arlene Griffith was born and raised in Centerburg, Ohio and currently resides there with her husband, Bob. Centerburg is where the Griffiths have raised their three children. Arlene has been personally involved in the title and real estate industries since 1989 and counting. She has worked in all areas--starting as an Abstractor, Legal Assistant, a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and finally to President of ACS Knox County in 1991. Using her wealth of knowledge about the industry, she has conducted training seminars upon request for loan officers and realtors. Along with servicing the title industry in these ways, Arlene runs the ACS Knox Title office on a daily basis. She can be found meeting and greeting clients, closing loans, answering questions, and resolving clients' needs. When Arlene is away from work, she enjoys supporting local athletes in all areas and spending time with her family.

James Giles, Vice President and Counsel, Licensed Title Insurance Agent

Jim is a graduate of Kenyon College and the Ohio State School of Law. He has practiced law in Knox County, Ohio since 1981. Jim has been involved in the title industry since 1991 as Counsel and consultant to ACS Mount Vernon. Jim resides in Mount Vernon, Ohio with his wife, Kim, where they have raised two sons. Jim is a member of the following organizations: Knox County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is active in the Boy Scouts, having formerly served as District Chairman and currently serving as District Financial Chairman and Assistant Scoutmaster to Troop 339. When not focused on work and civic activities, Jim enjoys skiing, backpacking/hiking, scuba diving, hunting/shooting, Harley-Davidsons and the Grateful Dead.

Stephanie Back, Licensed Title Insurance Agent

Stephanie is originally from Mount Vernon, Ohio, which is where she now resides with her husband and son. Steph has been involved in the title insurance industry since 1994. She is happy to have served all her years with ACS. Stephanie can be counted on to answer your questions with a laugh and a smile. On the weekends Steph enjoys spending time with her family and being in touch with friends.

Val Smith, Closing Coordinator

Val is originally from Bloomfield, Ohio and now resides in Fredericktown, Ohio area with her husband and together, they have two children. Val has been involved in the title industry and with ACS since 1998. Prior to her working at ACS, she worked in the banking industry for 10 years with her last position being Supervisor of Loan Operations. Her knowledge lends to answering numerous questions for our clients and also her co-workers--which is much appreciated. Away from ACS, Val can be found gardening and reading.

Kelly Moreland, Closing Coordinator

Kelly is originally from Centerburg, Ohio and currently resides there with her husband and 2 children. Kelly has been involved with the title industry and ACS since 1996. Kelly specializes in streamline FHA and VA loans. Kelly is the go-to person for one of our largest clients and takes the term "customer care" to the next level in the title industry. After hours, Kelly enjoys family vacations and boating and water activities.

Dorothy Wright, Processor

Dorothy is originally from New Brunswick, Canada but now resides in Centerburg, Ohio with her husband. She has raised 3 children and currently has 4 grandchildren. Dorothy has been with ACS since 2001 but has been in the title industry since 1997. Dorothy has previous experience both in closing loans and processing closed loans. Aside from her main role at ACS, she is greatly relied upon for her organizational skills and comic relief. After hours, Dorothy enjoys reading and relaxing.

Aimee Lewis, Licensed Title Insurance Agent

Aimee currently resides with her husband and three dogs in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Aimee has been involved in the title industry since 1997. Prior to working at ACS, she worked for a law firm as a Real Estate Paralegal and Title Agent. In addition to being a Licensed Title Insurance Agent, she also has an Associates Degree in Paralegalism. Aimee is the newest member with ACS, joining the team in January, 2002. On the weekends, Aimee enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Amanda Fischer, Closing Coordinator

Amanda is originally from Erie, PA, and now resides in Centerburg, Ohio. She is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College with honors and a degree in Business Administration. Amanda worked for ACS in the summer of 1999 and returned the summer of 2001. She enjoys reading, bike riding and gardening. Prior to working at ACS, she was with Arthur Andersen LLP in Miami, Florida.

Yvonne (Von) McDonald, Docket Clerk

Von is originally from Bloomfield, Ohio but now resides in Centerburg, Ohio with her husband and two sons. Von has been in the title industry and with ACS since 1999. Von handles all of the document retrievals and recordings at the Courthouse and is in charge of bank runs and the wiring of funds. She also helps in all areas when needed. Away from the office, Von enjoys camping, gardening and activities with her boys.

Debbie Parsell, Closing Coordinator

Debbie is originally from Granville, Ohio but now resides in Centerburg, Ohio with her husband, daughter and son. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy. Debbie has been with ACS Title since 1997. After hours, Debbie is active with her church and enjoys spending her time with family and friends.

Luanne White, Accounting Manager

Luanne is originally from Fostoria, Ohio but now resides with her husband in Centerburg, Ohio. Luanne has been with ACS since 1994. Luanne is the person who keeps ACS financially straight and accountable. Luanne keeps all of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in line and reconciles the monthly accounts. She can also be relied upon to write title policies and prepare loan documents when needed. When not focused on ACS, Luanne enjoys working with her family business.

Martin Miller, Closing Officer, Licensed Title Agent

Martin lives in Centerburg, Ohio and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. His primary duties include facilitating closings and training other closers. With five years of experience, he possesses a wide base of knowlege and exposure to the industry. His hobbies include travel, skiing, and outdoor sports.

Tina White, Closing Officer

Tina resides in Centerburg, Ohio. She is a graduate of the Bowling Green State University. Her primary duties include conducting closings while working closely with other closers. Her background in the legal industry provides her plenty of knowlege and the needed experience for her current tenure of five years as a closing officer. Her interests include travel, skiing, and family.

Shannon Kitts, Closing Processor

Shannon is originally from Ashland, Ohio and now resides in Apple Valley with her husband and 2 yr. old son. Shannon has worked for ACS since November, 2002. She enjoys gardening, boating, camping and spending time with her family.

Lindsay Sands, Closing Processor

Lindsay grew up outside of Croton, Ohio but now resides in Centerburg with her husband and son. Prior to her working at ACS she worked in the banking industry for 4 yrs. She enjoys traveling, all sporting events, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Lana Rogers, Closing Co-ordinator

Lana currently resides with her husband and two children in Mount Gilead, Ohio. Lana has been involved in the title industry since 1988. Lana is the newest member with ACS, joining the team in June, 2003. On the weekends, Lana enjoys spending time with family and friends.
